Security Supervisor Jobs in Lumberton, NC
A Security Supervisor plays a vital role in the security industry by overseeing and coordinating the activities of security personnel to ensure that established security policies and protocols are adhered to. They are responsible for managing all security operations within their jurisdiction, which includes conducting routine patrols, handling emergencies and incidents, training and supervising security staff, and liaising with law enforcement agencies. Certification in security management, criminal justice, or a related field is usually required. Prior experience in roles such as a Security Officer, Security Guard, or Law Enforcement Officer can provide the necessary skills and experience to become a Security Supervisor.
