Asset Protection Manager Jobs in Ankeny, IA
An Asset Protection Manager in the security industry is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the protection and safeguarding of company assets, including employees, property, and information. They develop and implement security policies and procedures to minimize the risk of loss through theft, vandalism, litigation, and disaster. They also design, implement and monitor security systems and equipment and coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency response agencies during security incidents. Professional certifications like Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) from ASIS International are beneficial. Additionally, a strong background in law enforcement or military experience is often required.
