Are you looking to use your expert security skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a(n) Security Manager I, you will help lead SNC's risk-focused security program in the protection of company and customer information, people, and assets. You will facilitate business and mission success through security customer service and management of the Security Program. You'll be responsible for development and implementation of local security compliance requirements, support security awareness education, and participate in security compliance assessments.

You will be responsible for all facets of SNC's Security Program to include personnel security, document control, DD254 review and preparation, visitor access and control, physical security, and supporting security investigations. You will also have the opportunity to expand your security knowledge across a wide range of security disciplines and participate in internal security working groups and special project initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years security-relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of both government and industrial security to analyze, evaluate, and interpret current security requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of 32 CFR 117: National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and/or Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) regulations
  • An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Typically, 0-2 years of relevant management experience
  • Ability to balance security compliance requirements with SNC's mission, goals, and culture
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work with people in a team environment and deal effectively with changing project priorities
  • Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business or security-related field

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires current/active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
