Identity Access Management (IAM) Security - Staff IT AnalystLocation:Block 23What you'll do:The IAM Security - Staff IT Analyst will have exposure to multiple security disciplines relating to the Identity Access Management (IAM) & Access Certification program, which resides in the IAM Security/IT organization. This role focuses on access security controls, automation, and identifying and implementing process efficiencies that support the Company's growth and strategies. This is an amazing development opportunity to grow your career in information security by leveraging your technical capabilities, communication skills, adaptability, analytic thinking, and ability to deliver results.Leading a team of IT Senior Analysts / Analysts within the Identity Access Management (IAM) program by providing guidance and oversight.Lead by example in working within established control procedures.Supports access certifications efforts, Data Quality, creating documentation, pulling reports, and validating accuracy and completeness.Generate reporting and metrics showing both key risk indicators and key performance indicators relating to the Access Certification functions.Perform assigned work to expected timelines and per established procedures.Participate in IAM security-related projects and data analysis that supports overall process maturity and automation.Build relationships with application owners, answer questions and provide guidance to complete the quarterly Access Certification.Work with the Solution Delivery SailPoint team to support systematic control implementation.Perform corrective actions and remediation activities.Timely escalation of issues to management to avoid impacting the business.Occasional overtime may be required to finish critical deliverables.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.3 years of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM and Access Certification is required.Working Knowledge of IAM processes, IAM tools, technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, Confluence) is preferred.Working Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, LAM, IA) is preferred.High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability in a fast-paced environment.Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.Basic knowledge of Banking & Financial Services is preferred.Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and drive collaboration across stakeholders.Ability to explain complex information to colleagues using clear, simple language.Experience in PowerShell, SQL, and Python is preferred.Experience in PowerBi is preferred.Experience in Azure DevOps is preferred.Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry, Formatting, functions, VBA, Pivot table creation and manipulation) is required.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) is required.Good understanding of project management principles and practices such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.Benefits you'll love:We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
