The Global Safety & Security Center of Excellence Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkertons largest global clients, will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Coordinator utilizes an aptitude in data analytics, security technology, program management, and/or operations to successfully complete assigned tasks and achieve expected outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkertons core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Contribute to the process improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Support the development of project plans, task planning, project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist with data analysis, information gathering, reporting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate between cross-functional teams such as Security, Real Estate, IT, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of safety and security-related presentations for a varied audience within the company.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in business, project management, security, information technology, or a related field with a basic understanding in project management, business analytics, risk management, or technology implementation.

  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and/or Confluence.

Working Conditions:
