ADP is hiring a Service Delivery Processing Specialist.

In this role, you will serve as a Service Delivery Processing Specialist responsible for ADP check inquiries and issues. You will support internal and external business partners to help resolve clients check issues. Specifically, you will handle Holder In Due Course cases, counterfeit, altered, and forged endorsements. In addition, you will assist the Global Security Organization and Corporate Legal with fraud claims and subpoenas, as well as support various business units with research regarding check incidents.

The nature of what you do every day will not change your #1 goal is to help clients with check issues. Still, every day will be different because the cases and check issues you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each partner. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting.

What youll do:

  • Conduct research to process check claims and identify check fraud.
  • Monitor and maintain various logs.
  • Gather information for Business Partners.
  • Maintain accurate records on fraud and check issue cases.
  • Design reports for monthly statistics and subpoenas.
  • Document processes and workflows.
  • Work with Business Units to obtain data and reports to be used for investigations.
  • Provide customer service and resolve queries over the telephone.
  • Review cases through various systems.

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Support . You will help our internal and external partners resolve check issues, which could include helping with check verifications and researching different types of claims.
  • Learn . You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on check fraud, including compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our partners.
  • Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of cases.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above, OR
