Senior Project Manager Job Summary Vaco has partnered with a General Contracting Company and they have an opening for a Senior Project Manager to handle client work from project concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating and scheduling skills as well as repeat clients. This person will be responsible for budget and estimating, scheduling, coordinating, implementing & close out-projects, and evaluate risks while managing a team. Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Education is a must. This person must also be a "self performer" and hands-on in the project management process. Responsibilities Manage and oversee completion of multiple construction projects Managing Project Team Develop budget, schedule, resources, safety, and work plans Estimate the Projects Procurement of subcontractors and procurement of all materials and equipment Create & review Contracts, Change Orders, Invoicing, RFI's Monitor project deliverables, oversee construction activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equitant experience Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management for a General Contractor that self-performs Experience in Pharma, Health care, or Education Projects are a must! Must be hands-on and a "self performing" manager in the weeds Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Ability to read, understand, and estimate construction plans and specifications Strong communication Construction Experience working in Health Care, Higher Ed., and Pharma Construction Projects Proficient in Blue Beam and Procure Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
