Safety/Quality Manager
$70,000 - $90,000 doe
We seeking a motivated entry-level Safety & Quality Manager to join our team and lead safety and quality compliance efforts at our glass fabrication plant in Aurora, CO. The Safety & Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all safety and quality compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement programs. This role is critical in maintaining Trulites commitment to operational excellence, ensuring a safe work environment, and delivering top-tier products to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing:
Safety Management:
- Lead all plant safety compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and Trulite safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and facilitate safety training programs to promote awareness and reinforce best practices across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.
- Drive proactive safety initiatives, including near-miss reporting, hazard reduction programs, and continuous improvement projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer expectations, and Trulites quality requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate process compliance, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to analyze quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
- Maintain and enhance quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection reports, and compliance records.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process efficiency, and overall product quality enhancement.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Occupational Safety or a related field; OR equivalent industrial manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams while fostering a culture of safety and quality excellence.
