Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Security Officer with Industry Security Services, Inc., you will be at the forefront of our commitment to safety and security. This role involves operating a company vehicle to perform patrols and fulfill security duties. Your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment, deter unauthorized activity, provide excellent customer service, and respond to security concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular patrols using a company vehicle to prevent and detect unauthorized activity and vandalism.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Provide a visible and reassuring presence to clients and staff.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and staff, offering assistance and answering security-related questions.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
• Enforce policies and regulations as needed.
• Create detailed incident reports when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in security is a plus).
• Proven experience in security or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• A valid guard card and relevant licensing, where required.
• Comfortable working part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
